General overview of dashboard management

First let's view the current dashboard management area, from the initial page you will find it under "Global Management":

once there this is what you'll see:

the symbols in front of each dashboard are actions you can take (from left to right, top to bottom): view, edit and delete

View allows you to preview the dashboard table within your client:

Edit allows you to edit the current dashboard (it will look like this once you click on it):

Making a new dashboard

Start by clicking "Add new dashboard":

Adding questions to your table's columns

Then type a name of your choosing and select a form type (currently you can only select "PVForm":

from here either type or select from the dropdown your form design pertaining to your preferred client (the format you will see is "form version (Account - Client)") :

with that, you can now start by selecting a module, group and question and then clicking on the + sign in front of it to add that question to your dashboard table:

Keep repeating this process until all the questions you want to see in your table are listed.

For our example, let's start with a few simple questions:

now just in case, we can quickly see either the abbreviated view above, or the exact questions' original module and groups, just try clicking the 3 dots button to the right:

(hint: the "i" in front of each question gives you even more detail)

Question Aliases

Some question names are a bit too long as a column header, so to avoid how cumbersome that can be, you can change their aliases. Just take a question as below:

And then type your new question alias/column header:

It will look like this on the table:

Dividing your table rows by repeatable cases (questions that appear in repeatable modules and/or groups)

Questions are aggregated by ICSR by default (meaning if an ICSR has for example 15 drugs, in the dashboard table, you will only see one row), but sometimes you can split some ICSRs by rows if they have questions that belong to a module and/our group which is repeatable - you can do this  by checking the "Split" case, as below:

Table columns with multiple questions per column

Now if you'd like to see some questions sharing the same column in your table... you can do that! Using ou current example, just change this "3" under "column sequence"...

and type it into a "2":

now you have a total of 2 columns in your table (with the second column having 2 questions):

You can change the order inside the joined columns or even switch around the column order entirely by playing with the numbers - right now this part of the dashboard is still under some development, so your feedback is highly appreciated!

If you don't like the separators at the head of the "joined questions" column, you can always change them to your personal preference by clicking on the blue symbol below:

You can even see a preview of how these will look in the table itself.

Table Filters

Last but not least, you can build different filters to suit your needs for your table by clicking here:

This too is still in development and will change a bit in the next few days, but feel free to play around with the filters of your choice, again, we'd appreciate any improvement feedback). Here's how it works:

First you drag and drop your question (1), then choose a symbol for you operation (2) and then type what you want it to show (3). Here's and example for if II want the type of report to be what i want:

You can add more clause items by clicking on the + sign next to it (or shorten it if it's too long). You can also drag and drop items to the Trash symbol on the bottom left to eliminate them.

Alternatively, you can type out the exact clause by text (and see what all clauses currently look like):

Dashboard table view

Now let's see what our dashboards currently look like... go into your client:

And on the left menu you can see your dashboard section:

Now choose any available dashboard from the dropdown menu:

Feel free to explore this section as much as you want!
